I have always gone to MBB final rounds in the past but ultimately don't get the offer. How do I improve?

I was discussing my recent job search with some friends and we got into a small debate. I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.

Advice, please!A local, well established firm is seeking me out. I was upfront that I was not looking but because he was persistent and this could be something I’m interested in for the future, I had a sit down with him. At the end, he said the ball was in my court and he would love for me to go through a formal interview. The firm seems great, but my current position is 100% remote and fits perfectly into my schedule. Do I interview even though I wouldn’t consider changing until next year?!

What are the best websites you’ve used when applying for a new job? Any that are specific to saas/tech sales or ones that have yielded good response rates?

I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.

Hello! I am graduating this coming December with an M.S in Biomedical Engineering (Emphasis in Comp. Sci.) and B.S in Computer Engineering. I have had 5 internships at a pretty cool company (I would say), but have recently discovered the world of product management and got to experience a small taste of it through a role in a startup project. I have recently resigned from Deloitte India and joined Bain Capability Network, I was taking a base of 6.7 LPA in DI and started working with BCN with base of 8.55 LPA, Now I got to know that another individual from Deloitte got selected in same team in Bain for same role ,and position with same base in DI , but been offered 10.5 LPA by bain since he had offer from other organization and he managed to negotiate to have 10.5 LPA base.
I am little bit disheartened 😐

I have experienced hire interviews (project lead or principal tbd) with BCG coming up: the process is a single round of 3 practice and 1 HR interview. Can someone help me understand what type of case studies I can expect?
