I have an associates degree and 3 years of experience as a process operator at a oil distillation refinery. It’s shutting down and I really feel lost/ scared. I’m applying everywhere but hate this feeling of uncertainty. Not for me but for my kids. I don’t mind learning something new , any advice? I was thinking truck driving (CDL) or lineman school… I don’t mind moving but I love being a process operator

So I’m 32 weeks. I’m finding it very difficult to breathe and it’s hard to explain. I have normal pregnancy congestion especially at night but throughout the whole day too when I breathe (not congested or through my mouth) it feels like my lungs don’t take in enough oxygen and I don’t feel like I’ve actually taken a breathe, if that makes any sense at all. I am going through therapy In my recent therapy session, my therapist started crying while I was talking ( I was not crying at the time)
