Great looking spot just a few blocks south of me rn, 2 years from now and I’d be ready for a place like that. Good luck!

400k is a great deal except this far from the L. How do you have kids with those stairs?

A bit of a walk to El - yes. Mostly took cabs, walked, etc. I was a divorced dad and had twin 6 year olds when I moved in and they were just fine. The rails are easy for little people to use!

This is a very cool and unique place! If I was looking for a place I would def check it out.

Your place looks great. Didn’t there used to be a Tower Records in this building?

Yep! You are right. Also the old Belden Deli

beautiful place!

but property taxes at 10k ughhh IL is going down the drain with taxes like that

Thanks! I know...

What’s the mortgage (let’s say 20% down) / rental equation on this?

I have renter it fro $3300-3500 for 9 years but want out now to focus on our home up here on North Shore. Building has a limit for # renters though (I am grandfathered) and I think they are at current limit.

Willing to make a deal if someone is really interested! Want this to go to another Chicago consultant!!!

If anyone has someone in need of a supercool place in Lincoln Park please let me know. Really want to get this off my balance sheet and into someone’s hands that will really enjoy it. And will cut a deal to make it happen sooner rather than later. Thank you in advance!

He is struggling with the students not having a lot of supplies at home and how to have them create multiple day art pieces. he teaches at a low income area, how is everyone handling supplies to students?
