FYI, I’m not interviewing for a UX job so any types of questions would be great! But if you have specific questions for a Creative Director role those would be best.
Here are some questions I ask:
- what is their user testing process like?
- what challenges have they faced recently and how did they overcome it? (Can be design/productl/team related)
- how do designers, PM, and devs work together?
- how often will you be interacting with ____? (Anyone you haven't really talked to yet?)
- who has final say in the designs/product decisions? What is the review and approval process like?
- how many projects/applications will you work on?
- how do you see the [design/product] team growing?
- ask someone with the same role as you for an example of their schedule to get an idea of their meetings vs design time

Ah, sorry, I thought you were looking for general guidance on portfolio reviews.
- Discuss how the team is organized
- Who are your users and how do you communicate with them?
- Discuss the relationship between Design, Product, and Dev
- What are the biggest design challenge for the product(s)
- Is there a pattern/component library? Discuss how design works within that framework
