I have an offer in salary negotiation with 31 LPA with 15% variable at ZS associates, I have cleared am interview with IBM and yet negotiate the salary. Wanted to check with fellow fishes if IBM can give around 35 LPA. Tech stack ETL (abinitio) lead with 8.9 years of experience. IBM Capgemini ZS Associates Cognizant Tata Consultancy
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

If you are a lead developer for that experience you can ask up to 25 lpa. Work life balence is that that great in valtech. But remember valtech is a small service based company and work load will be too high for a lead developer.
how much can we expect for 6 years of experience from valtech?
For a lead developer work load is extremely high in valtech so you should get 35 lpa else you are doing social service to valtech
