Lol Box Breathing and PMA - hadn’t heard those since I was active duty. It does work. Just focus on getting your heart low and the other physical symptoms of stress will dissipate. Do the box breathing until you forget that you’re doing it. Set aside 5-10 min a day.

Get someone you trust to do a few practice interviews with you and take it seriously when they give you feedback. That should take the edge off the nerves. And then try and calm down a little. Good luck!
