Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

Looking at some recent salary guides, I’m wondering what attributes an in-house designer that makes +$75k/yr possesses in order to command that level of compensation.

I feel that I’m a bit underpaid in my current role and want to make sure I have the appropriate skills, and not just the experience, to command such value.

How did you determine your long term goals? I don't know if I want to be an architect, manager, or product owner. I have no idea what they do day-to-day and have no experience in those areas having only developer experience. Is there a specific online resource that walks through this? Do people just desire a position due to more $$?

I had an interview with Capgemini and HR confirmed that you are selected and also mentioned that your salary expectations are approved.
She have already shared compansation part which they are offering and when I asked for offer letter she said there is one client interview that needs to be done and only after that we can release the offer letter.
