I have an interview for solution engineer role at Salesforce this week. Any advice specific to the role or company on how to nail it? TIA

I applied for a job that requires relocation. I am also in the final stretch of completing my MSc with an expected graduation in Oct. Ive spoken to HR and they said to apply and then I can negotiate a start date. Right before I got called for an interview I found out I’m pregnant . Husband and I wanted to take a break after two recent back to back miscarriages but life had other plans. So here I am, pregnant, finishing a MSc and have the interview in a few days. What should I do?

I got to know that there is bench system (talent pool) so I want to confirm that in how many days in general the project will get allocated. And how many chances someone gets to clear client interviews? What is the max period one can be in talent pool? And any more info if you can share about talent pool will be beneficial

Hi friends, I joined CG in Dec as senior consultant (C1) in gcp devops with 22 LPA(20 +2 Variable) for 7.5 years experience. but i also have offer with IBM for 18 LPA. i have 1 year old baby so im thinking IBM might be better choice for WLB and WFH for future also.
I am not yet assigned to any project in CG hence please help me whether quitting CG and joining IBM for difference of 4 LPA is wise decision or not.Will CG provide WLB n flexibility

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) How much weight do you give Glassdoor and other employee reviews? In the process for a referral interview, looked on GD, and the company had a 2.9 with 0% approval of their “young CEO”. Flags included toxic culture, overworking employees, smoke and mirrors hype. It is an agency startup though, so a heavy workload I feel is common. It’s also closer to the field I want to be in, but does not sound like a coaching environment. Should I go forward or just politely decline?

I’ve always been interested in working at a startup, but don’t think it would be a good idea to move jobs within a year. I have little to no exposure to sales engineering. Total comp now is ~150k while the SE opportunity OTE comp alone is ~220k with 170 base. Is this a good field / salary?
