I have an interview scheduled in a day for experienced analyst and my notice period just got converted to 90 days as the probation ended. Will my application not be considered by Deloitte now. Or is there any chance of getting rejected even after performing good due to long notice period

Hi Guys, I'm currently working as a Java developer with 3.5 YOE and 7 lpa package, I've been giving interviews and saying ECTC as 12 lpa. Is it justified ? Worked for 8 months in current company.

Has anyone applied in the extended round 3 / round 4? What made you decide to do it? Were you always planning on applying in the fall? Do you still expect to?

Currently interviewing with a couple different places. All would be great opportunities but my first choice started the interview process later and there’s a good chance I’ll receive an offer at another one first and maybe be expected to decide on that before I get an offer at my first choice, if I do. Is there a way to communicate this with the firm without seeming like I assume I’ll get an offer with them? If so, how do I word it without offending them?

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one. And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter. I've done 26 interviews in the last month and I half and I've gotten no where 🥲

My wife was 4 month pregnant when she gave interview at Harman Con. Before interview she clearly communicated same to recruiter and he was fine with that. After interview she got selected and received an offer letter. Which she accepted and put resignation in her current company. to complete 80 days b4 to take pregnancy leave in org she fought hard and negotiated her notice period of 3 months to 45 days only. Now harman is denying to take her onboard. She can't take resignation back. What to do.

Have a call with a recruiter today where I’m 95% sure I will receive an offer. If the TC is less than what I’d like, should I be hesitant & counter on the call itself or ask to take some time to fully look into the comp and then counter over email? Not sure what common practice is.
