I have an interview scheduled with Barclays next week. HR told me that this will be a Business and controls interview. On asking what would this be around, she just told me that the panel would like to know more about you. She didn't say anything else. What can I expect from this round.

Does anyone have experience negotiating an Amazon Web Services L7 non-tech offer? The initial offer is $175k base, 98 RSUs, $124k year 1 sign on bonus, 99k year 2 sign on bonus. I heard that base is harder to negotiate, so are RSUs and sign on bonuses the better levers to negotiate? Considering requesting a relocation package as well.

Cognizant Experience - Last Wednesday, My HR round was completed and they said your offer letter will be released by next day(they asked me to fill cdf-2 form) then I kept waiting and waiting for the offer letter. After multiple email chain and all, HR called me to say, we cannot move with your candidature as your experience is below 3 years. I said I already informed this to you before the interview, she said yes but we can not proceed. Very unprofessional. CCTC: 5.5, YOE: 2.5, Tech: Java

Control interview is all about to evaluate you on the grounds that how do you proactively identify and monitor risks and how you mitigate risk drivers, escalations by building procedures, policies etc.
For example only prod support folks should have write access to PROD, a release should only be made to prod after all tests are green, what processes do you have to ensure even if prod fails- business is not impacted, how do you handle sudden traffic spike and save prod issues etc.
Business interview is all about team bonding, conflict management, how you deal with clients, etc
What position (BA, AVP, VP) you applying for and what is your YOE ?
Not fully true. There are control processes in every org.
You need to learn about all the critical processes and prepare in advance.
For business interview: you can prepare for popular situation based ones. Rest would real time based on your understanding.
I would say don't mess up control interview.
Business should be manageable.
did you get an offer? if yes, what all happened after business & control interview round? I am also interviewing so just curious
