Why are companies not more transparent about salaries? It should be required to list the salary range in a posting. I’m tired of applying to jobs only to find out the salary is way less than I’m willing to accept. This needs to change. Stop wasting applicants time and start including the salary range in job postings!!! Rant over.

Received an offer from a small firm for 25k more than my current salary. Problem is it is about an hour away and I’m required to go into the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
