What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?

How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?
