The recruiter said that the director had reviewed my resume and was interested but wanted him to screen me.
He said “the job is yours” because I had “everything they were looking for” salary was within their range ETC…
He said someone will follow up with the next steps(video interview) Tomorrow will be a week and I haven’t heard anything not even a response to my thank you email .. I don’t know what to think 😫

So this week I made it to the final round of interviews at a big name tech comp. SIX interviews - which is pure insanity to me. Today I asked my husband "How many people did you think they drag to these final rounds then reject?" The thought and reality of that is nuts to me! Why do these companies think it's okay to take someone through so much then reject them?
