Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

I recently applied for a position in one of McKinsey’s recently acquired firm for Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead).

The interview process is so damn easy - A medium level Hackerrank test, interview with company CTO and then behavioural round with a McKinsey Director and offer extended.

Wondering if this is a red flag.

Does level and/or office matter for referrals at McKinsey & Company? A friend is willing to refer at the Associate level in my target office though I did not get any traction w/ the referral last year. I'm a Veteran so I also recognize there may be a resume translation issue despite the prior version getting me interviews with BCG and Bain. I have a offer from company A and also selected for HR round of L&T , they asked to share the offer letter on mail for salary negotiation and i had the words with HR on call , she said i can share my offer letter there is no problem all people do like this
Now i got rejected in HR round due to salary expectation

I realize it may vary by company, but does putting a referrers work email (with their knowledge and permission) on the relevant portion of the job application help increase the chances that your application is seen?

Usually it's the part of the application where it asks how you heard about the position and if you select the "company X employee" option, it will ask for their company email.

L7 Consulting, Chicago, $152k, ~4 YoE total. MD in Strategy has offered to sponsor me to move over as Manager. I’ve been told by SMD in Consulting (who recruited me) that I should be expecting L6 SM in the next year, year and a half, and likely won’t get promoted as fast in Strategy.
