I'm currently a civil design engineer, and trying to switch to real estate as a Program Manager. I have an interview in a week where they tell me I will have to work on ( for about 3-4 hours ) on an operational case study.

The job is located in Paris and the job is in French .

Does anyone here have any case studies in Real estate that they can share ? and if they're from France, that would be even better.

I am an office coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and want to break into the field of research. MSK has research coordinator roles, however when I initially applied after graduating, I didn’t get any interviews. I have minimal experience with research from undergrad. I’m not sure if it is possible to switch roles within MSK. I also want to go back to school for an MPH. Anyone have any experience with this or any tips?

2nd year audit staff here. If I want to exit audit to go into a Sr. Financial Analyst role or industry accounting role, should I start applying right after my senior promotion? I really don’t want to do a year of audit as a senior.

I have a BS in Kinesiology and an MBA in Healthcare Administration and have worked in neuro clinical testing for 17 years. I’m looking for a direction to be pointed in for a career change, ideally something that can be done remotely and doesn’t require a ton of other specialized training. Debating about two job offers...
Job 1: 63k
Job 2: 61k + 3k sign on bonus + 1200 for cpa exam costs! (Both offer the bonus)
I was much more ‘attracted’ to job 2 during my interviewing, the benefits are not great (typical public accounting) but regardless I’m not sure the benefits should matter that much. Would it be dumb to take job 2? I was doing a salary analysis with an assumed 6% annually and after 2 years I’ll be even with the additional 4200. But I’m sure with promotion I can renegotiate!

Any Forvis audit directors in here that would be willing to speak to culture in legacy BKD? Recruiters have been reaching out for audit director roles. Debating if it's worthwhile applying? My current firm will likely promote me to director within the next couple of years but not sure how long it will take to get to the partner level. It's a firm smaller than BKD. I'm not a fan of the unlimited PTO at Forvis though.

I’m sure this subject has been talked to death but here goes: At what point is it time to throw in the towel and try a new line of work. I’m a 53 year old Creative who has worked at several hot shops. (DDB and Crispin). I’ve been a CD and went back to ACD/Writer to be more affordable and a better mentor than some of the 30 year olds they’re considering. (Some have bitten but never pulled the trigger on an offer). I did in-house pre-Covid and gone 75 interviews with nada over 2 years. Any advice?
