CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? So this would result in $100k of interest paid for an overall rate of 8% but that would not represent the notional rate, right? How would I calculate the effective rate for amortization purposes?
