Eating disorders are unsustainable let alone unattractive, and don’t last long-term at least not at the expense of relationships. Shoot for eating mindfully but enjoying food, and in the long run, you’ll maintain a great shape, be enjoyable to be around, and not struggle with weight the way these girls do. I’m a petite girl with a pretty fast metabolism and what my husband loved about me was the fact that I could eat what I wanted and when I wanted, unlike most girls he met. Weight loss isn’t easy but with some good habits, you can def enjoy food but not let it hit your figure!
Just wear flattering clothing. What looks good on them may not look the greatest on you and Vice Versa. I honestly don’t know what your body type looks like but I will use myself as an example. I am about 5’5 and 160 lbs. with clothes on I think I loook amazing but in swimwear I’m not as confident. I know my stomach and back fat would not look the greatest in a stringy cut out type swimsuit rather a sexy one piece they actually fits me. The older I get the more I realize it’s ok to look good in one thing but not something else. I always size up in my bathing suits so it’s not super tight on me

5’4” and 125? You will look HEALTHY next to your friends!! Show it off!
What if your friends think that you look way better than them?
Just about same height / weight combo as my wife, and she is a 10+
I think 125 is just about right for 5’4. Really don’t see an issue here
I’m 5’4 225 and it’s all about confidence. Own your body and it’s strength.

Everyone is too concerned looking at themselves to look at you. You‘d be surprised. Wear what makes you feel confident and happy. You’ll never be able to feel „right“ around people who have DE habits, that’s just the plain truth. Do you have anxiety because of what you look like OR what THEY think you look like? Important distinction.
I have the same issue with my friends. We go out to dinner and they only order an app and they share it because it’s too big!!!!
Damn that’s sad. I order 2 apps just for myself

Wear your body proudly - you are skinny by all normal metrics. Plus I don’t find super skinny women attractive... a little meat helps!

I had this happen last summer. I am in eating disorder recovery and am the fattest of the friends I went on a trip with. I usually wear bikinis, but I didn’t feel comfortable. So I found an awesome one piece that I felt super sexy in. It took a lot of tries, but I found one. I got so many compliments from my friends and strangers!

My gf is around your size and she has a hot body . Flaunt it Op
I’m a man and all I can say that women judge themselves way harder than we do. You no doubt look good. Be confident and you’ll have a good time.
Just in here to share that not every skinny person has an eating disorder

Except OP said her friends do.
I’m 5’5 130. I’m into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Trust me, they will be the ones that will look unhealthy standing next to YOU!
Don’t stand next to them, stand across from them. Kidding aside, I’m about your size and people tell me I’m tiny all the time. You have nothing to worry about
I’m 5’4 and 170 and dgaf 🤷♀️ (as much as my friends and family wish I would wear clothes around the house)
Yes but it’s also made me pretty complacent and perhaps not “motivated” enough to be fitter
Own it and rock it 🤙

Rubenesque is a shape, too. My point was you can't know someone's shape from their weight. Some women 125 lbs might be hourglass shaped, some might be pear, some could be straight.
