Six sigma cert would make sense, u already have the mba for strategy

Why do you need more education? Get to work, pleb!

I want to do a diploma or a certificate... I like strategy

Have you seen Clay Christensen's Online programs? It's called HBR X CORe or something. I'm not sure if it's MBA, but it's something you should look into.

CORe is an intro to business; HBSx is a thing though... But I really can't understand what else you would need if you have your MBA, unless you're concerned about your B-School's ranking? You're more than qualified for most positions; what you probably need most is expected, reputation, and maybe some connections

Experience* is the first in that series

What B-school are you from, OP?

Got an offer that would require a paycut by $7k. They offered 10% in annual bonus though. Is it worth asking them to reduce the bonus so that I can just have my base increased? Never negotiated before. 3YOE.

How would you all handle ever emerging requirements and the initial requirements were very open ended. How do you handle that?

Slalom Consulting recruiters—just finished my case study interview. My interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable during the presentation. Out of curiosity, what is the typical timeframe for a response from the recruiter? Would I hear sooner if I didn’t do well?
