Hi folks, It's been 22 days since I joined birlasoft. But still I have not been mapped to any project and in induction I have been told this hiring is done based on an already existing requirement. Is it common to not get mapped after these many days of joining? Please share your experience!!! Birlasoft

Is that bonus gonna be in writing 🧐🧐
So what’s going to happen after three years? Are you gonna have to look for another job that will pay more? Also are you leaving your current firm just because of pay or are there other factors? If it’s just pay, I’m not so sure I would do it
They are going to give you a bonus every year? Why not just make that part of your salary? Highly suspect. Don’t fall for it.
I’m assuming because if they gave it in the base I’d be over the cap for my level?
6% increase is whack. Move only for 15% minimum
I would not do that they should compensate for losing your current network in salary
This sounds like a way to keep their costs down, since it depends on you staying until they pay out the bonus each year.
No. Get that bonus amount x3 as a signing offer bonus payable immediately. Then… maybe.
I would say it depends… I left my last job for a promotion before the recent job market w something similar. Have gotten good raise based on performance and bonus multipliers and stock. Bet on myself and it paid off. Big overall pay change for me now. Good luck either way… I almost forgot- better work hours here too…
