I have an offer for ~$350k TC at a non-FAANG tech company. This seems quite a bit above market. Am I over thinking or is this a potential red flag for WLB? 4 YOE for reference.

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. Hello everyone, recently I got an opportunity as a contingent Staff C2H in Goldman Sachs, and a Full time role in Deloitte. Which one is better to choose?

I’m a fairly new grad. Got licensed in January and started working in February. I moved across the state for this job taking my family with me. Now 4 months in it’s such a toxic environment. Unethical, unhealthy. I’m looking to apply to other places. Do I put this company on my resume to show I’ve been working since I graduated or is it worse to show I want to leave after only 4 months? Also, absolutely cannot have them contact my current job or use them as a reference. Put them or no?
