Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? You can ask the recruiter during the initial discussion itself about the budget they had for this position, if it's below your current offer then you can tell you about the other offer and willing to consider this opportunity if they can match.
You can do this if salary is your prime objective, incase you had other priorities and looking to compromise Sal then don't reveal it until you have final hr discussions for Sal negotiation. At that time you can pitch based how things going in your favour
Yeah do ask the hr what's the upper ctc fr the roll... But If the jd matches ur aspirations... Then don't reveal till u have actual offer made
During initial discussion the Hr mentioned, we can go upto 35%🤔
But basis the interview and designation we offer you, we will see about the salary
Yeah then get the offer Nd then negotiate.. Anyway ur current organisation is genpact.. There anyways underpay that's the only reason u r getting 70 percent hike...
