I have an offer from Accenture for Application development analyst. But i am so damn scared after hearing reviews about work environment, mass firing, HR policies and management. Can someone help in clarifying based on latest experience?

Short story: c-staff level micromanaging boss kept redirecting me and my team and trying to fire them for trivial reasons. Did official performance reviews and proved the team was doing well. Firing talk ended but team quit due to turmoil. Company wants to keep me but I am wrapping up, then leaving. Aside from 1-1s w/ boss, HR, trying to move to another department, what else could I have done?

my base location is mumbai(wfh) and I have to move to other location within India for a client project, will I get any on-site allowance in this case, how much is it. Or is it only for abroad opportunities?

Really pissed with all these calls for Automation from the leadership and persistent requests to work on other projects apart from regular work.

Why is this even normalized in India? My manager and upper management said that the fact I've been doing brilliantly in my project is not enough alone. I should do more.
