I don’t know who’s feeding you that info but I have never seen any mass firing at Accenture in a decade. The worst was during pandemic when they did fire some folks at higher level (the level that takes about 15yrs to get from Analyst position) and they got pretty great compensatory package as well. I’m no company loyalist but my experience so far has been nothing but great. Your experience may vary depending on project you get but if you’re good at what you do, don’t worry about anything.
My experience has been great in Accenture. Post discussions with my friend isn service based organisations Accenture is way better than HCL/INfosys/ TCS
Mass firing always happens for bottom performers that too when those people don't perform for years .
That generally happens with NCG
If you do the work, you have nothing to fear. The ones who got fired for low performance are the ones who vent on the internet.
If Accenture hires you as a development analyst, rest assured you'll be getting a developer role.. and Accenture has one of the best office work cultures around .. so don't hesitate just because someone else said bad .. try for yourself
then what about people who got fired after being on bench for a month or two.
Nah that doesn’t happen. 0% likelihood. Not something you need to consider at all my friend
I didn't notice it in My Span of two years.
Even big companies like LinkedIn and VMware do mass firing 😂
You shouldn't get worried if you haven't lied in your CV.
That is true for any service based company. Totally depends on what kind of project requirements are there.
But usually 80-90% of Accenture projects are chilled out and there won't be much stress.
Mass firing happened due to covid and won't happen soon
Yeah, they don't hesitate to kick out useless employees
See everyone adds a metaphor ."Useless "
That's answers everything 🤣
This is Tech .. if you have knowledge it will be visible .
Only people which are fired who has will issue.
Unwillingness to work/Learn/upgrade
