I have an offer from Amdocs and CSG. As SDE1. In amdocs i would be put in healthcare domain (c++) and in csg i would be working on the RnD department on a cloud based technology (c++, .net, c#, aws). Which one should i choose as reviews for both companies are good on Glassdoor. I have almost 3yoe and i amoving from a service based mnc. Any advice would be helpful. Only thing is i am not that kneen on moving to Pune. But apart from this what other factors should i consider?

Hi Team, My expense entered last week under Well Being Subsidy was Processed but I have got a mail today from Compliance that the product is not eligible for the Well Being expense and the expense would be reversed, so shall I go ahead and add negative expense in the report and then buy something with that amount eligible under Well Being and raise the new reimbursement today? My LWD is tomorrow and don’t want to miss out on the subsidy.

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! I'm debating between a Deloitte USDC role as a Software Engineer for 100k + 5k bonus and a small but established private company for 110k, which is fully remote with no expectation that I have to move at some point. Health/Dental/Vision, 401k and PTO are pretty similar. I'm an experienced hire with ~5 years of relevant background and currently work on a small, independent team at a large aerospace company, so either job is going to be a bit different than what I know.

So far I’ve been through 1 IVF cycle. I have one embryo that is frozen waiting for transfer. My doctor is wanting me to do another round of IVF to back eggs for baby number two down the road.
