I have an offer from Citi for c9 band client metrics and an offer from dell for Business Intelligence Analyst. CTC offered is similar. Which is the better offer considering WLB and experience?

Are there any firms out there that actually let you take all your PTO? I hate that we have to make up our PTO to meet utilization targets. Been on a capped 40-hour project for the last two years and it’s had a terrible effect on my utilization.

Plus, any firms that don’t require more working for free (like all of our BS firm contributions here at D)?

I have offer from qualcomm, offer letter might come in next 2 days.
I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 more weeks.
Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr

Small agency owner 🙋🏻‍♂️ I’ve wracked my brain and have 3 biz model options, none great:

Billable hrs: Generally accepted. We all know the downsides.

Pay4performance: Big upside potential, tons of risks.

Project pricing: Cloak for billable hours. You have to estimate project cost with something.

Who’s thought of a better approach??? Genuinely curious if there is one.

Weird question: so, I come from defense side, but am currently working as a plaintiffs litigator. I have applied to a defense firm and I’m currently in the mix of finalists. Coincidentally, I happen to be opposing counsel in a case staffed by one of the firm’s partners. He and I have a good professional rapport and mutual respect. I am filling the onboarding form for my next company IBM where they have asked 2 questions:
1)Were you earlier a member of Employee's provident fund scheme, 1952?
2) Were you earlier a member of Employee's pension scheme, 1995?

All I know is PF and EPS amounts were deducted from my salary in my previous company but how to know if I am a member of these two mentioned schemes?
