Hi all, I’m wrapping up my first year in audit and am looking to a potential exit in sales - I have my CPA exams passed but don’t have the 1 year experience quite yet. I have a final round interview for an entry level SaaS sales role with a first year base of ~75k and 20-30k in commissions assuming I meet my targets. Hello fishes, LTI is saying, they will release the offer letter and my LWD and joining date will be the next day. I am not happy with their response and processes. I asked them to share CTC structure atleast so that I can compare/analyze for myself. I know they are thinking I will go for counter offer if they release the offer previously but this make me to loose a good impression on LTI. Preferring to join other company.

What are your thoughts?
