Is there any way to get a better pay than this? Tried to negotiate with the HR with regards to Pay but the same was not considered and currently I don't have any offer letters expect Deloitte. Please suggest...

What is the average salary range for a project manager with 3 years experience at a hospital network? Thinking more corporate / overall level.

I recently (within 6 months) transitioned to a new role at my job which was supposed to be a promotion. But they've just been having me audit and haven't finalized my new job duties. They said they have plans but that I'll be auditing for several more months. I'm about to have my performance review and just received a job offer at another company. Is there a good way to leverage this respectfully? I ultimately want an action plan for growth, a concrete job description, and a pay increase.

Interviewing with a big tech company for the first to me and question about compensation has come up. They want to know what my base, bonus and equity requirements are. It’s for a Sr. account Manager job in sales. Never had to negotiate all these levers; recruiter said package could be up to $140k across all levers, but not sure what percentage to ask for which. Help!

My coworker has just resign and I’m thinking of talking to my manager to see if instead of them hiring a new employee to increase my salary (my current salary + what this coworker is currently making) and I will take care of all of her responsibilities. I’ve been to a few interviews for other jobs, but I either don’t get a call back or the salary is too low.

The Variable Pay Bonus (VPN) is usually credited in August Month's salary (31st August). My question is , if I am on notice during that time , will I get my bonus? Since Bonus is calculated based on previous years performance. Also , another trailing question is , do I have to pay it back if my LWD is sometime in September?

I’m not friendly with medication but I think I might have to try something for anxiety.

In ADP portal, however, I don't see any option that says how much of 1.5Lacs is filled up by pf/vpf. I get options to include elss, ppf, HRA etc etc.

I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount. Has anyone faced a similar kind of issue and is there a way to claim tax rebate in ITR ?
