What's the salary like in Mexico?
Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?
Need some advice. Started a few months ago a new job through internal transfer as a lead role in a bank for $350TC. Amazon Web Services keeps messaging me daily for a Principal role and I’m not really in the job market but I think I’ll go through the interview process. I was thinking of demanding the following but I’m not sure how realistic for a remote principle role this is
Base: $240k
Cash Bonus: $110k
Signing Bonus: $150k
RSU: 9,100 shares ($1m PV) in (50/20/15/15)
Does this seem possible?
Assuming you are a young professional, try to get to work in an office at least for a few years. This will help in networking, personal guidance and mentoring from seniors etc .
EA is most likely going to be better for a technical role , considering that the other one is a legacy company with very high bureaucracy
Living in California will be definitely expensive and if you think about money alone, taking Ford offer would be the choice (more money in addition to remote work).
You haven’t mentioned whether it’s tech/non-tech role, your years of experience, etc. so may be bit difficult to give you informed advice.
However, I’d suggest evaluating from learning and next growth opportunities point of view as well.
