I have an offer from maxlinear, they are giving me almost 90% raise from my current CTC but the hr has taken almost a month to process the letter and also I have had rude conversations from her side. The technical manner knows about it all. I am not able to decide that whether this kind of incident will affect my work environment or not. Should I join maxlinear or not.
