Company culture. Does they culture align with their Mission, Vision and Values? Does the CEO believe in aligning how he/she leads to the culture of the company?

Look for the company with the strongest executive team. You want to work for those executives that will help you advance your career. It’s NOT all about the money.

With 2 offers, I’d prioritize the company with the better talent acquisition and retention rates.

Lesser known advice…. I’d look at longevity of those you’d be working with directly + collaborating with. Nothing worse than learning your company has a retention problem too late in the game, and if they do you can get ahead of it and ask your recruiter why.

People don’t leave companies, they leave managers. In your situation, you’d better choose the one where you click better with your direct manager. That can make a huge difference in your day-to-day

I'd focus on company culture, culture of your actual team, style and connection you felt with the person you interviewed with and what experience you will gain that balances out your portfolio of experience. The best experience is the different case studies you get to work on at an organization. Don't only chase the money because there is so much more.

Depends on what you value and feel is lacking in your current role.

Ask yourself what prompted you to interview with them in the first place…Did the promise of that initial excitement come through in interviews? Also, which opportunity will set you up best for your ‘next’ job, all other things being equal? Get that pro/con list going, Babe!!!

Potential to grow in the company in coming years, how you felt during the interview with your future manager.

I'd focus on the people you'll be working with - which manager and team did you click best with? Check out reviews on Glassdoor - are people happy? What do they say about the culture? What have retention rates been and why are people leaving? You might also ask about growth trajectory - are people promoted internally or do most promotions go to external people? What's the average raise/bonus?
