I have an offer letter with Tcs and my joining date is Sep12. Still now I have not received any joining email.

Onboarding manager and HR are not responding.

Any PE/VC fish here that can help me calculate the NPV of the equity portion of my offer? $100,000 worth of options vesting over 4 yrs, 1 yr cliff. Company was valued at $925m at last funding round C, share price is $45, and strike price is $12. Trying to estimate what my equity would be worth at the yr mark. Hypothetically, let’s say the company gets an additional $200m in funding next round. How would that change the value of my shares?

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. . Tata should take care of these type of HRs

Will I be rejected during background check?

In ibegin the date of joining is showing as dec4th sunday. Actual date of joining is 5th December (Monday) anyone know why it is showing like this .
