I have an offer of 15L rupees CTC from Morgan Stanley Mumbai for Senior Manager role in tech division. I feel this is way below the range for this role. Can someone guide with the range and till what numbers I should stretch for negotiations?

Recent MBAs— Do you think it’s worth it to pay for a mock interview with an MBA consultant (most seemed to be priced at $500-$750)? Obv feeling some nerves about interviewing (esp bc I haven’t had to in quite some time) so it could be helpful, but from talking to others, it seems like mostly simple behavioral questions and just showing that you’ve done your research on the school, can articulate your goals, and are normal/personable. Will be interviewing at Booth, LBS, Kellogg, + maybe Columbia!
