STAR is the go to, but I think it's more about highlighting certain traits (innovation, collaboration, willingness to work together etc) that they're going to be looking for in the cultural fit rounds. If you do some LinkedIn stalking, you can get a sense of people's backgrounds and experience and that can help you figure out what experience you want to highlight
Definitely make sure you read what the recruiter sent you. they should have sent you a bunch of information about the company, expectations, etc. It's actually really helpful.
Congrats! Make sure you are very familiar with the company culture and be prepared to highlight aspect of company culture in your answers. I think it's a good habit to learn how to answer questions in STAR format as well, backed up by data/numbers.
Let us know how it goes
Best wishes! Be yourself, at the end of the day you can preapre as much as you want but they will either like you for you or not. And you can't change who you are.
E1, I really appreciate your kind words. I’ll update this thread once it’s all done, if it’s 💃🏻 or 😪
