Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job. Question on salary for an APM in an IT consulting company. I am 26 and have two years experience in software engineering and almost two in project management.

Helping current employers prep job spec for my replacement. Salary was a factor for me leaving but minor relative to other things.

During editing reviews a top leader added a line stating base pay and bonus. The base pay is significantly higher than what I’m on (I’m below market average). Been with them for nearly 8 years and been referred to as a top player (I carried out multiple roles to get biz through covid).

Is this normal? Should I bring this up?

Interviews with Deloitte and right fit for me was an Analyst level with 3 YOE. Base - 105k signing - 5k. Is it a fair offer?
