This job search is discouraging 😞 6 interviews so far (4 month span) all of them went great (in my eyes) however 3 were no’s, 2 are radio silence and 1 which I thought I was close to an offer is silent. The recruiter even reached out to me to keep me updated and gave me a deadline on when I was to hear something back. Well, that deadline came and went.
