Guys, I have a situation!!
Onboarded HCL on friday, during interview etc they told me it's a Development project but now they have put me in support saying they still need to onboard resources for the Dev project and working out few other things and might take 2-3 months.

Also, the laptop will be shipped after few days itseems.

Now firstlY I'm not happy for the fact its a support work.
So can I just abscond from the organisation since I already have other offer in hand ..or server NP?

I am very much afraid due to epam aywhere policy , they will fired people if he will not crack 5 client interview. Interviews are very though , all DSA.

We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I am an hourly employee. Currently if there is a hospital call that needs to be done, someone will volunteer to do it for overtime. Now, my company wants to create a set call schedule.
