I want to move to Ireland, I am confused whether I should do MS now, considering I already have a good job, package here in India.

The only thing I want to do MS is just to get a visa and enter the country and then apply for jobs there. Is it worth sacrificing my current job here?

Ultimately, I have to move to Ireland only due to some personal reasons, so is MS a good way to go there now?

I have a valid h-1b visa with a stamp that will expire in 2021, is there any immigration issues I should be aware of if go home for a week as I have an emergency? I read carefully the EO and I don’t see any issues as my docs are valid. My boss notified HR that I’m leaving the country and they were asking me to avoid traveling but I have a valid visa so I don’t see the issue beside being very precious?

I am on H1B, and currently based out of bay area, CA. Can I buy property/ real estate in TX or GA for purely investment purposes and use rental income from that to offset mortgage payment and generate cash flow. Is that okay to do on H1B? Any advice from people who have done this or from legal folks in this bowl will be helpful.
