I have arround 11years of exp in UI development, worked on pretty much everything that is out there in UI. Lately I feel AI is most definitely something that has the max scope and potential in the future. So my question to all the experts here in this bowl is how do I get into the field with the goal of being able to develop something like chatgpt in simple terms. What would be the road map for that? Incase AI is something all together different from DS and ML please enlighten me.

I am in a similar boat. I am in a non technical role and trying to switch to ML & AI. I have started with learning Python and loving how its so much user friendly than C/C++ (which i studied in B Tech). Hope to break in AI scene soon :)

Get yourself trained in DS n ML first. After that you can transition into AI via Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing etc etc.

It will take you at least a year or two, to have good understanding of the same as well as good hands on over these subjects.

Provided you give 1 hour a day religiously to your step up plan.

Python is a language. It is a tool by which you will do all the DL ML and AI. All of the libraries of DL and ML are in python.

I've been dealing with anxiety / depression for over 4 yrs. My husband has also been fighting disassociation and depression for just shy of 4 yrs.

This is the first time I am switching, so I thought it would be great to get some opinions on it.

My YoE is 5 years, Tech Stack: Data Science, Python, SQL, AWS/GCP. I have a background of Btech and MBA.

Currently have a offer from Mercer for a Senior BA, which is giving approx 20% increment on my fixed. Below is the offer details.
Kindly let me know you opinions on the offer, if this is at par with the compensation from other companies for similar profiles.
