I have attended TCS interview on 13th April and got call from HR to upload docs on ibegin on 16th .
But documents are still in pending for verification state till now. How long will it take for me get call from HR for salary negotiations ?

Do not put anything on a resume that you can't talk in detail on especially if you claim to know this topic. One you get caught having stuffed your resume with jargon and hype word but don't know anything or very much about it, the interviewer will start probing hard to find not discrepancies and soon you're resume will be in the round filing cabinet with a big no written on it.

Maybe I am thinking a few steps ahead as I am still in the interview phase with 3 firms, but how would I go about letting a firm know that I need some time before responding to an offer (when in actuality I want to wait to see if the other company has an offer as well)?

I understand that an offer may take some time, so how do I go about making sure I am giving each company enough time before I answer (assuming I receive an offer from more than one company that is.)

Potentially dumb question but should I include a “tech & relevant skills” section on my resume like I would for job searching? Got an offer of CTC: 40 LPA (35 Fixed + 5L Signing bonus). YOE: 9.5 (Frontend Developer - Angular), CCTC: 24 LPA. Is this aligned to the current market standard? Company has NP of 3 months. Would that be a problem in next switch? Any comment would be highly appreciated.

In negotiations talks with a startup that’s offering a 8% lower base but touting that equity should cover the spread. Is there a rule of thumb to compare a total offer when equity is in the mix?

One of my friend in Wipro has completed 6 months, still he has not received confirmation mail of permanent position , as the notice period in probation is 30 days and probation period is of 6 months, after probation NP is 90 days , if he put papers now , does he have to serve 90 days Notice period or it will be 30 days??
