Looking for advice - I am a senior accountant with 3 years experience and a CPA license. My colleague was recently promoted to senior and offered 10k over what I am currently making. Boss says that he can match that but not until our annual review in September. The colleague was offered an outside opportunity and this raise/promotion was to keep him.
