So I just had an interview at a small non-consulting firm (real estate lending) where the guy actually went on a political rant. First round interview, too.

Small firms are not what they're cracked up to be as far as work environment. They had a giant St. Bernard as a sort of "office mascot", you'd think they'd be chill and laid back. But it can also lead to breaches of professionalism that can make an office toxic if you're not cut from the same cloth as the owners...

I interviewed for a position last week and hiring manager said last interview would be Friday and make decision Monday (today). Recruiter told me today they are still conducting interview...does that mean i am out of running?
