Hi fishes, I have an offer from CRISIL for 3.5 LPA for financial analyst role and I want to build my career in finance and I have an offer from another company for operations associate for 4.6 LPA package. Which one should I choose. I really want to work with CRISIL but I can not sustain myself at 25 k per month. Please help me out. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Calling all the folks in the SaaS selling space. I genuinely want to know what makes having SaaS selling industry experience so unique? Here’s a little background: I was negatively impacted during the pandemic when working at a hospitality SaaS company as a CSM. Now I’m trying to work my way back into the SaaS space as either a sales professional or CSM but I feel like my six years of selling experience is being discounted because it wasn’t in the SaaS industry.
