I have been employed with them for 17 years and honesty, it’s a great company to work for. I have been in management for over 7 years at this point, completing everything from culinary management to both ends of service management, I have also completed my general management assessment. My pay has only increased on average of less than 3% per year with one year at 6%. I have never negotiated my salary before, is this too low? If so what is good increase for a company that continues to excel?

You will never see more than 3-8% raise at any company. The only way to increase salary these days is to job hop.

You need to go to your manager or director and ask that they reevaluate your current salary and pay you based on the market value salary plus with your experience. If they don’t do this for you, unfortunately they failed the test . It’s a sign to move to another company and most likely you will get a pretty jump on your salary compared to what you are getting now.
