I have been in project/program management for about 5 years. I’m not totally happy with my salary. Trying to find a way to one day Land a position with Delta, Meta, LinkedIn, or Netflix. Huge companies but specifically these are apps that I love and I want to manage mobile application portfolios. What are some good certifications I could get to make me competitive? Do I need to go back for a masters in computer science maybe?

I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester
Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward

How did you navigate refinancing loans? I have both private and federal loans (definitely applying for the relief for the federa). Left executive role in industry to follow a dream and open a new company. It didn’t go quite as well as planned. Fast forward three years and I joined a large consulting firm as a way back in. It’s painful. I’m in a “leadership” role, but consider myself a worker bee.
