I have been into accounting- financial reporting. I want to switch to a domain where there is work life balance like eg.,vendor management. But i am not aware of the various domain options where I can explore. Can you please guide me as to what are the various fields available where I can apply for a job.

My sis and I came up with a great biz idea. She can talk and talk about ideas but when it comes to executing, I did ALL the work. She doesn’t get that you have to put the work in and can’t just talk it into existence. Also, she’s kinda toxic and instead of making our dreams happen she would rather spend hrs talking about family trauma from 20 yrs ago. Now she cut me off b/c I tried to create boundaries. Should I do it w/o her? I just want to make my dream come true. Tired of living in the past.
