I have been looking for a job for almost a year, and I am getting to the point that I consider any job. Outside advertising jobs are also difficult to find. With that said, there are many junior to mid-level openings, and with 15+ years, I overqualify for those positions. I would happily stay in advertising and take a major pay cut. Would you hire a senior for a mid-level position? Should I apply to mid-level jobs? I appreciate any advice!

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?
