I have been offered 17.5 fixed+20% variable and 15% rsu for 5 YOE as Automation QE. Have I been low balled by Walmart? If yes how much more should I ask as fixed pay?

A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then.
