My current company laid off my complete team (including myself) few days back. I've managed to crack an interview at a MNC but the HR is unwilling to give me more than 10% increment on my current salary since I joined my current company only 6 months back.

Do y'all think I should accept the offer and secure a job first without thinking too much about negotiation? And then maybe try to find better offers?

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

My boss just gave their notice (3rd boss in 2 months) and told me to get a new job based on “mud within the executive level” of the organization (~5 years, 2 rebrands, etc).
