I graduated college a little over a year ago and started working at a big four firm in salesforce consulting. I have 2 certs (admin and app builder) + vlocity/“salesforce industries” developer cert. I’ve been in both functional and technical projects over the last year, but don’t really love the implementation space. I know I don’t have a ton of experience so far but wanted to see feasibility of jumping to a solution engineer role at salesforce with only 1 year exp to help pivot. Thanks!
Hi! I am looking for a IT Project Manager role. I do have my PMP and about 5 years experience, any ideas/suggestions?
As someone hoping to continue a career in Tech but mostly in the Project Management realm rather than the Engineering realm, does getting an MBA make a difference in earning potential/career growth? Or is it not necessary? Or is there a different type of additional schooling that would help better?
About me: Water engineering/treatment and power plant performance experience for nearly 10 years. Just about finished completing my sustainability science masters (physics undergrad) and have my PMP cert. (water and chemistry projects, carbon capture and energy storage r&d - plenty of side projects but not my main job responsibility or title). I’m trying to pívot to a tech or consulting sus. position and trying to find how to properly brand myself to show the value I can bring. Can use advice!
I graduated with my MSN with an emphasis in health informatics last year and I am still having difficulty finding a job. Everyone is requiring 3+ years experience. I am currently working on getting my certification in hopes that will help. Any other ideas on where to look for jobs in this field with little to no experience outside school?
I am trying to get in product product management
Currently I am working in data and business analysis.

New grad currently in a Program Manager role related to manufacturing at Apple. I have a Product Manager offer from a legacy tech company (think Cisco, Oracle, etc). Should I stick at Apple and only be willing to switch for a FAANG+ Product Manager role/try to switch to Product at Apple or go ahead and start getting experience in Product Management? I know if I decided to do an MBA working at Apple would be powerful to have on my resume for admissions.
I am a Consultant for past 1.5 yrs and have worked as a Program Manager for the most part. I also have a MBA degree from one of the IIMs. Before MBA, I have 3 yrs of full stack developer experience.
How do I break into product management roles. Startups and companies I apply to generally call me back and change the job description and I end up interviewing for something else... 😅
Can anyone provide me with some pointers plz 🙏
Need opinions! Was having a hard time jumping from ER to Corp Dev (despite 10+ years experience and an MBA), so I took a hybrid FP&A role doing the modeling for a Corp Dev team in industry. Actually getting some deal experience as well, but that’s mainly just the modeling. I’m worried I won’t be able to move to a director position unless I can take a bigger role on deals. Any thoughts or advice?

Is the consulting professional work experience really worth so much more than industry work? By this i mean that you often hear that someone is coming from industry to consulting, with like 6-7 yoe to be offered a role at the second lowest level at the consulting firm, which usually takes 2-3 years to reach internally. Even hear a recruiter who said 1 yoe in consulting = 2 yoe in industry. Thoughts? Deloitte PwC KPMG EY McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Bain & Company Accenture

Selling a brand new set of Veritas GMAT prep books. Veritas is known to have the best strategy/course material that will almost guarantee a score that breaks 700. These are still in the plastic. Selling for $100 + shipping.
When you self-cancel a GMAT score on test day, do the schools you send a later test score to ever see that you took the test before more than once? Asking because the student unofficial score report shows that you self-canceled and wondering what it looks like on the other side for schools receiving official report.
