Spot the kitty!
Hi All,
I gave my interview with TCS both technical and MR round. It's been 11days no information yet, will they do call for HR round or how it could be considered (pass/fail).
Do they send any rejection mail if we get rejected?? Mostly after how many days I can expect a hr call???
Your Opinions are matters.
Thanks.

Does any Big 4 FDD team have work?
I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?

I think a big problem is the lack of transparency and mismatch between expectations of what we were getting and reality of what exists. I don't think impatience is bad, it pushes us to advance, but the key is balancing that with loyalty and commitment to do a good job.
The person giving loyalty values it a lot more than the person getting it. Organizations are large impersonal entities so don't expect to get loyalty from it. You have to look out for yourself.
Leadership is not honest as a whole. Very opaque performance management. Politics drives promotions. Sales above ethics and values.
I will work for whoever values my loyalty the most

and i am on my 2nd year with EY and can see myself to be with the firm for the next 3-5 years. A lot of people that came with me already left because they were bored. I get it that you might have some downtime, but what i dont get it is the impatience in some of us, the milenials. Thoughts?
Your loyalty is as good as the profits you generate
as long as your employer is still giving you chance to grow and learn. turnover rates are so high in consulting and it becomes a norm. Are you (Partners and MDs) still value loyalty, or maybe you don't really even expect one?
I've been seeing numerous partners jump ship and smack talk other partners. Loyalty is rare and everyone values loyalty differently
Well in a downturn, would your loyalty be valued with continued employment (if you weren't generating revenue)?
