It’s ok you’re human. Allow yourself a pause
Sorry to read that. Its been a tough week. The good thing, is almost over. We are almost there. Take the weekend to rest, vent and unwind. As AD1 said- you are human. Everyone with an uterus and a conscience in the US is probably feeling in a similar way to you 💔

That is not a fun feeling. Is it fair to assume you were the only person on all of those calls? That is, it felt like non-stop errors to you, but to everyone you were talking to it was just a bad day?
If any of the errors were egregious or repeatedly with the same group, I find if you own it and get back on, people forgive and forget a bad day./week. We’ve all had them.

No, what I meant was, in the venn diagram of “every client call” you think you screwed up on, is there anyone else who was on all of them? You may be over indexing the impact. Even though that one was a big call, it’s still likely most people thought it was just a bad day. You can prep yourself and the team differently next time and they will all forget that crappy call.
Also, dead eyes and one word responses make me a crazy person. Engage when invited or hang up. Sorry to tag onto your vent there, but that makes me insane.
